Information and communication technologies have been one of the main reasons that the world did not stop during the pandemic, since they allowed - amidst the measures of social isolation - personal, social, academic and work activities to be maintained . Of course, they are now one of the most important axes on which the economic reactivation is advancing.

In this context, Andicom moved during an edition (the one of 2020) to the virtual world, but in this 2021 it returns to the face-to-face stages: from November 17 to 19, the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center will be the stage in which will develop Andicom 2021 (# ANDICOM2021), the 36th edition of one of the most relevant events in the world of technology in Latin America, which this year will revolve around the theme 'Build results: + flexible + agile + digital'.

“We are at the stage where as a sector we have to build results back to normal, and to be successful we have to be agile, flexible, with strategic focuses; and the digital facilitates all these aspects. Hence, Cintel chose this theme for the reunion with the industry »said Manuel Martínez, executive director of Cintel, the organizer of the ICT Congress.
