We have had the opportunity to test the Oppo Reno 7 5G, a team that left a good feeling thanks to its robust design and the performance of the MediaTek Dimensity chip.

In order not to stop the good run of the brand in Colombia, Oppo announced the new A57 and A77 in the country. Both teams have a very attractive shared design thanks to their vibrant colors, in addition to being accompanied by the MediaTek Helio G35 that has all the performance even for the most advanced and demanding users.

First the specifications

Let's talk about some of the highlights of the teams. Both the A57 and A77 have a similar design. The two smartphones weigh around 190 grams, and have a screen size of 6,56 inches. In the same way, both screens are IPS LCD type, which means that it has higher contrast and more vibrant colors compared to traditional LCD screens.

One major difference, however, is that the A57's screen has a standard 60Hz refresh rate, which means it will be smooth but not as smooth as other devices. The A77, on the other hand, will have a 90Hz refresh rate to take advantage of all the capabilities of the Helio G35 and always guarantee the smoothest experience no matter what type of content users are enjoying.

Both of these teams will have an HD + resolution, which translates to 720 x 1.612 pixels. The resolution without a doubt means that all content, be it videos or even video games, will be sharp and have the best textures to deliver more realistic experiences that meet the demands of users.

In the camera section we also see another important difference. The A57 has a 13 MP main camera, which is sufficient but may leave some users wishing for more sharpness. For these users, the A77 has a 50 MP main camera, It is also accompanied by a secondary camera and sensor to have the best portraits and detailed photos. The MediaTek Heart

One of the most important aspects of the new Oppo launches is that it has all the support and power of MediaTek. In the case of these new A57 and A77 we find the Helio G35 chip. MediaTek's Helio series is one of the most popular due to its great balance between performance and advanced features.

For enthusiasts, the Helio G35 has 8 Cortex-A53 processing cores, which means that the equipment will have the highest performance regardless of whether we are talking about simple tasks or the most demanding ones. In the same way, the CPU is accompanied by a graphics unit with a frequency of 680 MHz to always have the sharpest and most fluid graphics.

For both teams, the MediaTek chip will be accompanied by 4 GB of Ram memory, as well as options for 64 or 128 GB of storage. This storage, by the way, will be high-speed and has the UFS 2.2 standard integrated, which directly affects everyday tasks such as constantly opening, closing and switching applications.

In terms of connectivity, both teams have very complete options. In addition to having Wi-Fi 5, They also have Bluetooth 5.0 built-in, which means things like TWS headphones, speakers, or smartwatches will be able to enter low power mode to prevent constant draining for long periods of time.

And speaking of the battery, both devices have a battery with a capacity of 5.000 mAh, as well as a fast charging capacity of 33 W. In simple words, the team will be able to go from 0 to 100% in just 69 minutes.

Having a MediaTek chip, in addition to having the best performance, also offers advantages such as the integration of Artificial Intelligence in elements such as the camera, video recording, video games and also in managing the phone's battery consumption. All this allows not only to have the best results that users expect, but also makes MediaTek chips some of the most efficient and fastest in the entire market.
